Copy the link from address bar.

Now edit the link by removing the highlighted letters
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qx98Gg3eu0I
Replace "=" with "/"
http://www.youtube.com/v/qx98Gg3eu0I
Add "[flash(425,350)]" in front and "[/flash]" at the end
[flash(425,350)]http://www.youtube.com/v/qx98Gg3eu0I[/flash]
Paste the above edited link in between your message..thats it..
